Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Free Profile
Creating your profile page is free with no time limit and no payment required. You only pay when you choose to activate listings and receive a Smart Card via a Basic or Pro plan.
2. Subscription Billing
Basic and Pro are billed per user, per month. Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. You’ll be charged using the payment method on file.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — no contracts, no minimum commitment. Cancelling stops future billing; your current paid period remains active until it ends, after which your listings are taken offline and your account reverts to a free profile.
4. Refunds
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, since plan benefits (active listings, dashboard access) are available immediately upon payment.
- If you're charged in error or experience a verified technical issue that prevented you from using the service, contact support within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it for a refund or credit.
- Smart Cards that have already entered production or shipped are non-refundable, since each card is produced to order (Standard cards ship in 2–3 days; Custom branded cards in 7–10 days).
- If your Smart Card arrives damaged or defective, contact support within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.
5. Upgrades & Downgrades
You can upgrade from Basic to Pro anytime from your dashboard; the new plan and listing limit apply immediately, and billing adjusts on your next cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
6. Agencies & Developers
Custom agency packages are billed and governed by the terms agreed upon during onboarding. Contact your account manager for cancellation or refund requests specific to your agency plan.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email support@theplusagents.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
