The Plus Agents (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates a platform that helps real estate agents in Egypt create professional profiles, list properties, and manage client leads. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
- Account details you provide: name, email, phone number, profile photo, bio, credentials
- Listing data: property details, photos, pricing you upload
- Lead and inquiry data: names, numbers, and messages submitted by buyers through your profile or listings
- Payment information processed through our payment provider (we do not store full card details)
- Usage data: pages visited, listing views, device and browser information
- Smart Card activity: taps and saves linked to your profile
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and operate your public profile and listings pages
- To deliver leads and inquiries to your dashboard
- To process subscription payments and renewals
- To produce and ship your Smart Card
- To send service updates, billing notices, and support responses
- To improve platform performance and troubleshoot issues
4. Sharing Your Information
We don’t sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Payment processors, to complete transactions
- Shipping/courier partners, to deliver your Smart Card
- Service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, analytics)
- Authorities, if required by law
Your public profile, bio, photo, and listings are visible to anyone with your profile link or who finds you via search — that visibility is the core function of the service.
5. Data Retention
We keep your account and listing data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your public profile is taken down; we may retain limited records for legal, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes.
6. Your Rights
You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and you can edit your profile and listings directly from your dashboard at any time. Contact support@theplusagents.com for any request we can’t handle in-app.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is fully secure. Please use a strong password and don’t share your login credentials.
